Are you open to the public?

We are located in Connecticut, but our shop is not open to the public and we do not have a retail store at this time. Ordering is only available online or you can visit us at pop-up shops.  Make sure to subscribe to the newsletter for pop-up shop announcements.

Will my plant look like the pictures on this site?

We work hard to accurately list pictures of the plants on our website to resemble the plant you will receive.  However, no two plants are exactly the same.  Therefore, you can expect that your plant may vary slightly in shape, size, and personality. 

What do I do when my order arrives?

Please refer to our What to do when your order arrives page for more information on unpacking and acclimating your plant.

How can I contact you?

Visit our Contact Us page and fill out the request form.  We will respond within two business days.

Processing & Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

Unfortunately, at this time we are only shipping within the U.S.A. excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at support@littleclaypot.shop just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

When will my order arrive?

Our current fulfillment timeline is approximately 3-5 business days.  Please note that the fulfillment timeline is separate from time in transit, which varies based on location and which shipping option is selected at check out.  An estimated turnaround time from ordering to delivery at your door is about 2 weeks. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

How can I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it.  If you contact us straight away after ordering, via support@littleclaypot.shop, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.  Note: We are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and sent out for shipping.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos/video of the product in question and email our customer service team via support@littleclaypot.shop with the details.  We ask that you do not make any changes or alternations to your plants before you contact us with pictures/videos or you may void any refund/replacement opportunities.  We’ll respond within 48 hours.
