Refund policy

We only ship plants that are of great quality and packaged securely, but every plant is fragile and we cannot control what happens to your order during transit.  Please open your package immediately upon arrival, follow the care instructions on the care card provided in your package, and/or visit our What to do when your order arrives page for more information.  Failure to completely adhere to the care instructions can void you from receiving a replacement, refund, or store credit.  

All live plant sales are final once shipped.

We cannot accept returns on plant orders because the live plants cannot survive 2-way shipping.  However, you can e-mail us: support@littleclaypot.shop if there is an issue with your order within 48 hours of delivery.  In the e-mail please provide us with a short description of the issue along with photos and/or a short video clip of any damage to the plants.  Please allow for at least 2 business days for us to evaluate the issue and reach out to accommodate you the best we can.  We also suggest adding support@littleclaypot.shop to your contacts to ensure our responses land in your inbox, not your spam folder. 

We ask that customers do not discard or make changes or alterations (ie. repotting, trimming, removing any damaged leaves, etc.) to the plant prior to contacting our support team. Failure to contact us within the 48-hour window, provide proof of the issue or alter the plant may void store credit/refund/replacement opportunities. 

When taking photos we ask that you take a forward-facing image so both the pot and the entire plant can be seen.  Provide close-up photos if the damage cannot be seen from the front-facing image.

Plant Pots 

At this time plant pots are also final sale and cannot be returned.  We do our best to package all pots securely, but we understand that damages can occur in transit or by shipping carriers mishandling.  Therefore, please inspect your order upon receiving it and if there is an issue with your pot at no fault of your own, please e-mail us: support@littleclaypot.shop within 48 hours with pictures and/or a short video of the damage. Do not discard any items.  We will evaluate the issue and accommodate you the best we can.
